Did you really pull those straps tightly around? Go for it! There are multiple zones of elasticity so you stay comfortable with very secure fit. Make sure MDP is on correctly:

Slide over head of penis with straps hanging from the bottom and open edges on the side
Make sure the tip is up against the deepest part of the sleeve pocket
Pull straps around and over top of the shaft tightly – adhering to the MDP

This version of MDP does not support medium and heavy incontinence – a fully soaked MDP may become too heavy and fall from the penis.

Welp, nobody likes this answer, but it depends. You can unstrap and re-strap when using the restroom so no issues there. But if MDP starts to feel soaked and heavy, it is time to put on a fresh one.

The individual units are in a discreet solid color wrap that fits into the palm of your hand. You can easily keep in your pocket, wallet, briefcase, etc!

Gently pull the blue tabs to extend the straps.
Open the product and insert penis into the opening, with the straps underneath.
Attach straps tightly for secure fit.
Straps may be tightened or loosened throughout the day as needed.
